Do I have to print the cards myself?
It depends on what you prefer. You can generate a PDF that includes the cards you want, already sized and complete with cutting guides. If you’d rather not handle the printing process, you can order a professional print on MTG cardstock from us instead.
Can I print or order tokens, emblems, and double-sided cards?
Absolutely. You can search for tokens or emblems by name—“treasure” or “dog,” for example—and add them to your cart. If you need double-sided cards, you can order those too. If you just want the PDF, it’ll include the double-sided cards at no extra charge.
Some card images are blurry. How can I fix that?
Unfortunately, only English card images are high resolution by default. Other languages might show lower resolution images. New sets can also have limited-quality images at first, until better ones become available. Always check the sharpness by double-clicking a card. If you have a better image, you can upload it using the UPLOAD module.
Do you do foil?
We don’t offer foil prints right now, though we’re considering it. If you place a proxy order, you can either search for the card you want or upload your own image. We’ll print it at the highest available quality for the same cost as any regular proxy.
Shipping time, cost, and fees
We usually process orders within 1-2 business days. For the U.S., shipping costs around $5 and takes 2-5 days. International shipping is $20, with a 10-15 day window. Every order includes a tracking number, which you’ll see in your order recap and via email. We ship worldwide and declare packages under $25 to help avoid extra fees. If you need an invoice, let us know.
Return & Cancellation
First, contact us if there’s an issue. You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been printed. Each order is custom-made, so we don’t keep any items in stock. Because it’s on-demand, returns aren’t possible. Still, if anything goes wrong with printing or shipping, please reach out. We’ll do our best to find a good solution.
What’s the quality of the cards?
We use S33 German Black Core cardstock, which is top-notch. The cards match MTG sizes with almost no variation, and they shuffle nicely. Once sleeved, most people can’t tell the difference from official cards. Keep in mind these are proxies for testing or fun, not genuine counterfeits. Choose the sharpest available images for the best results, and remember you’re responsible for picking visuals that work for you.
